Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins after receipt of the access data. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal in good time to info@retiredshow.com.

For digital content that has already been fully downloaded, the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with § 356 para. 5 BGB (German Civil Code).

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, limb, or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

Liability for individual learning success, lost profits, or other financial losses is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

All course content, texts, graphics, and videos are protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or making them publicly accessible without our written consent is not permitted.
